Notification Sends
We send notifications to users who have chosen to receive them.
Search Guard¶
Search guard messages are sent to users when:
- a new listing is published
- an existing listing is published with a new ID (a listing gets a new ID if it cannot be recognized as existing based on the sender's
vendorAdIdandvendorCompanyId) - the price of a listing has decreased or increased by 5% or more
- an extra visibility product is enabled for a listing
Upcoming Viewings¶
We send messages about upcoming viewings twice a week:
- messages about this weekend's viewings are sent on Friday mornings
- messages about next week's viewings are sent on Sunday mornings
